Romainiai Hospital, a branch of Hospital of Lithuanian University of Health Sciences Kauno Klinikos is a multidisciplinary hospital, where tuberculosis of lungs, kidney, bone and other organs, is diagnosed and treated, palliative care service is provided.

The Outpatient-Diagnostic Department through the year is visited by more than 10,000 people. In this department lung, bone - joint, kidney, eye and other organ tuberculosis is diagnosed. Clinical, biochemical and bacteriological blood, urine, sputum tests, ultrasonography, bronchoscopy, X-ray, prophylactic medical examination is performed. Moreover, there is a patient education room, where information about the disease is given for patients diagnosed with tuberculosis for the first time.
